The house was formerly a monastery that has been converted to a habitation with the passage of time. The ground floor consists of cellars, a former stable and two store rooms as well as an ancient bread oven where bread was being baked for the inhabitants of the entire neighborhood.
The house is currently divided into two self-contained apartments.
