Villa/Farmhouse B&B/Agriturismo Restoration Project
Casa Emilia is just 10min. from one of the Marche's most beautiful towns, San Ginesio. No detail has been left unconsidered making this a lovely and comfortable country home. There is an 8mx12m black swimming pool set amidst a lavender landscaped garden. The house is composed on 3 levels, 350m2 including 6 bedrooms, 3 & 1/2 bathrooms, a gourmet eat in kitchen, a dining room for entertaining.

Casa Cavalino has, after a thorough restoration, the potential to be an elegant and tasteful Country Estate with great grandeur. In any case, the current owner had great plans but due to a number of factors he decided to sell Casa Cavalino. He had already started to create a pergola with old Roman columns and started digging out of the pool.

This farmhouse dates from 1960 and was three, four years ago still inhabited by the mother of one of the owners. So, it is still habitable, but perhaps it needs some interventions to make it more comfortable. On the ground floor is the living room, a small kitchen and a large storage room (cantina/stable). The house can be used as a residence with the possibility to receive guests, but can also be run as a B & B.
