Villa/Farmhouse B&B/Agriturismo Restoration Project
The house is a typical farmhouse made of bricks. The footprint is circa 150m2 with on the ground floor the stables and storage rooms, on the first floor the living quarters and a large attic (with outside walls of 0.80m and in the middle 2.50m height). The total usable floor space is therefore circa 400m2. It needs some serious restorations works. There is also an unrestored outbuilding of circa 20m2.

Apartement/In borgo Village House/Cottage
This townhouse is habitable but needs some renovation. After that it would be a little gem. In the house you will find a kitchen, living room (with a little terrace), two bedrooms, bathroom and a storage room. The living quarters are on two levels. Below is a cantina with a small courtyard (9m2) and on top an attic.

Village House/Cottage
This village house is located in Fanghetto, a characteristic medieval village. It’s a spacious village house with a guest apartment. The entry is through the lovely terrace, from here you access both apartments. The main apartment, measuring 92 sqm, offers a living room with open fire-place, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and terrace, the second one (measuring 63 sqm) offers a room, a large living room with open kitchen, bathroom and small (bed)room. Terraces measure 52 mq.

Villa Ortenzi has some strong points; the location is perfect, the views are fantastic and it is a well-constructed builders finished property. The location is just below the historic hilltop town of San Ginesio along a well maintained but very quiet tarmac road. If you like you could walk to the friendly and beautiful piazza of the town.

In Olivetta San Michele, small medieval village in the Roya Valley, at just 15 minutes from Ventimiglia and the sea, 50sqm apartment located on the second (and top) floor of an ancient stone house.
The apartment offers a beautiful view of the valley, and features kitchen, living-room, bedroom and bathroom, a small attic which could be used as guest room, spacious terrace of approx 100sqm with pizza oven and sink, and cellar.

Casa Brandi is an old farm with some large barns. The total available floor space is more than 840m2. The farmhouse (the main house) with a floor space of 215m2 is reasonably habitable. The living areas are located on the first floor. The barns built with tuffs (volcanic stones) are in a good condition.
