Casa Ausilia is a farmhouse constructed around 1912. It is a standing property but it requires work to make it useable again. However, it might be that under the plaster layer you will find some old stones which were still used at beginning of the 20th century. Also, the property enjoys good views on the Sibillini Mountains.

The house is a typical farmhouse made of bricks. The footprint is circa 150m2 with on the ground floor the stables and storage rooms, on the first floor the living quarters and a large attic (with outside walls of 0.80m and in the middle 2.50m height). The total usable floor space is therefore circa 400m2. It needs some serious restorations works. There is also an unrestored outbuilding of circa 20m2.
